Alstom Projects India today announced that NTPC ALSTOM Power Services (P) (NASL), a joint venture company of Alstom Group and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), has been awarded a contract worth approximately Euro 20 million from the National Aluminium Company (Nalco).The order work is to retrofit the electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) at five units of its captive power plant in Angul Orissa.Out of the entire aforesaid contract, the Company`s scope of work would be Rs 741.6 million (i.e. Euro 12.4 Million).
