  • Vendor Development is an important factor to speed up various processes. Alongside, encouragement of additional vendors for Balance of Plants can act as a catalyst for better execution of projects.
  • Timely placement of awards for civil works and Balance of Plants should be considered Cumbersome procedure relating to transportation of heavy equipment, wherein clearances from multiple agencies are required, needs to be simplified.
  • Improvement in the overall infrastructure is required especially in and around project sites.
  • Ports, bridges and roads needs to be readied for handling ODC consignments 8Only good and performing agencies should be selected to complete various milestones.
