But Mr.Bagga, Why are you trying to mislead the Public? Don't you agree that the PMS/PACE has not achieved any of the above objectives and that the Executives of NTPC are participating in this Appraisal system because they are forced, and that it is the least objective ?

Sir PACE is launched with the aim of achieving above objectives & it's supposed that it should achieve it.But since it is a new & advanced system definitely it will prove better than the old but it's true that it may take longer time to achieve it's real objectives.
